Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

• To start a return, email bmurray6@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

• Customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale and jewelry (for hygiene reasons) can't be returned.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
